Well said... But you may consider telling the Cisco Marketing people
about their own program since clearly you know it better than they do! ;)

The publicly facing document has pretty clear guidelines for all the
stuff you have to purchase and accomplish in order to "fit the criteria"
for the free lab resit. I believe a GS Archive search will see that
too, but it's ok.

I'm not sure why I need to know more about your programs than you do,
but it's ok. Just like used cars... Taxes, fees, licenses, delivery
to destination, titling all separate (but required).
