Allow the voice of reason to chime in (not sure why I choose that titled).
But it'll do.

* lab safe is good fro July 31,2009 thru July 31,2010
* lab safe only applies to 2nd lab attempt
* available only thru certain keening centers
* does not apply to mobile labs
* does not apply to any other track (only R&S)
* labs can be scheduled beyond the July 10,2010 but must be set before that
date
* applies only to 360
* vochur only waives lab fee, all other taxes apply
