My question would be why are there differences in the two documents? Maybe
it is me who is missing something, but if I was new to the game and started
researching and came across the Cisco Learning Network, I would find their
document which tells me I need all 4 assessments.
Maybe you can take this specifically to Cisco and work on updating their
document to match yours if the requirement to take all 4 was removed,
changed or never should have been on that document in the first place.
Fixing the discrepancies benefit your company and the prospective
candidates.
