troubleshooting, whether it is covered by "investment protection" or
not.

and the answer provided by sales team might turn you down.

it's not covered, vol IV its a new brand product.

i just feel like a dumb now

maybe nextime i need a lawyer to help me understand the promotion hype
before i buy, so i won't get fooled again
