RE: IEWB R/S Vol IV (troubleshooting)

Vol IV is not an upgrade from Vol III. It is a brand new product. Free
updates will be available when v1.1 then v1.2 and v1.3 are released.

Is the "upgrade" discounted? even Microsoft offers discounted upgrades from
one version to the next.
