Two different points of view in my opinion:

- Vendor says it4s a new product, and offers it with discount for current
E2E program;

- Customers think that this should be covered by the investment protection
in the E2E program...

I4ve reviewed the investment protection policy, and as many of you I
maybe have missunderstand this part:

*"Automatic free updates of all electronic materials relating to a purchased
product, as theyre released, for customers who purchased electronic OR
printed editions of that product"*

With all this IEWB RS V4 situation I can only interpret this line like
this:

"*Investment protection protects the product and not the program*"...

With that in mind, my suggestion would be changing the E2E version
number, right now IE has CCIE E2E v2.0, ok, now that IEWB RS V4 is released,
insert it in the program, but change the version name to CCIE E2E v2.1, and
give current customers the option to either buy the product alone (in case
you release more than one new product that fits this policy at a time) or
the upgrade to the brand new CCIE E2E "v2.1"... Both cases with major
discounts to current customers.

IMHO that will avoid confusions and missunderstandigs... what do you
think ?! Anthony?! Anyone ?!
