Dear Anthony and IE Team,
The Internetwork Expert Vol 3 Workbook has not been updated to match the
v5.0 upgrade its siblings received namely Vol 1 (in beta & 4.0 blueprint not
covered) and Vol 2 (partially completed) 8 months back. Now the availability
of a brand new workbook Vol 4 to meet the troubleshooting requirement of the
new blueprint means that the Vol 3 is gonna be without any updates.
Internetwork Expert should clearly lay down its plan for the future and not
add-on new products with a new title and of course charge it so called loyal
customer and leaving the old products like Vol 3 Workbook in orphanage
without any say on what its plans are to ugrade them to meet 4.0. Good
Marketing and bad pro-customer attitude. I'm still confused on which
workbook to buy. Hope I could resolve with once the CCIE 4.0 Blueprint is
available and all vendors are compliant.
