[OT]Creating a unidirectional link failure scenario

Hi all

I would need your suggestions in creating an unidirectional link failure
scenario.

i have two devices connected back to back GSR-----4500 through fibre. I
have removed the Rx of the fibre from the GSR end. At the GSR end if i
disable the negotiation the link interface on GSR comes up however if i
disable the negotiation on 4500 port, the interface is still down.

Any suggestion of simulating this would be appreciated.
