Sorry if I have created a confusion. Udld is not available on ios xr we are
looking for some other solution for this case one thing that came in my
mind is to use autonegotiation on both the devices. Autonegotiation helped
me for gsr as it made the link down. However port on 4500 is down no matter
what the configuration is. So in summary if rx is removed from the gsr end
the link stays up on the gsr end as autonegotiation is off by default as
soon as I configure autonegotiation link at gsr goes down.
