I am sending this on behalf many paying customers that are getting no
answers in your internal forum.
We are only going to ask/beg for updates for a workbook (annouced over a
year ago) and Class on Demand (release date July still not available)
internally for so long.
For the Voice Workbook Vol 2 product there is a video to view (posted in
Sept) that tells us that a lab is going to come out every week, has it
happened ? No! One lab has been released without an anwer key and several
people have asked for updates since then and you have failed to respond.
If you won't answer your own internal forum, maybe you will respond when
posts are made to every CCIE forum bashing your product.
Complaints will continue until you give your customers an update to these
products!
