As a self employed consultant I will chime in here... the first most
important thing to remember in business or life is
"You cannot be all things to all people"
Anthony and IE have a right to sell their products and "CCIE VOICE" has a
right to come here to the forums and complain. Period.
Do not bash either for simply expressing their feelings... If you asked me
to upgrade a 5000 seat exchange environment to a 2007 Exchange Geocluster,
would I want you as a customer if you offered me $1000 flat fee, paid late,
them came to a public forum and said that I basically should not be in
business :)
Like I said, you can't be all things to all people.

WoooW!
Anthony, that response of "You dont want someone as a customer!! really
shocked me!
I have so much respect for you that I can't image why will you respond like
that.
At least for us customers in the US this is not a appropiate behavior coming
from an instructor
