RE: Internetwork Expert - Worst Voice CCIE Vendor

While I'm not part of the voice development, I would find it pretty
difficult to summarize things in that fashion.

My suggestion would be to take it up with the sales folks and request your
refund if you would like. While the initial impression/problem may be fine
for a public forum, I think we've crossed the line about what is or is not
necessary for public consumption.

I'm not sure what you have or have not been told. But I can say that I
haven't seen a lot of traffic on the voice forums talking about this
"problem". And I'm pretty sure I'm subscribed to all of them. But calling
the sales/customer service folks during business hours would seem to be the
most appropriate avenue.

Cheers,

Since you are speaking as a spokesperson for Internetwork Expert, are all
paying customers to assume the following status?

CCIE Voice Workbook Volume 2:
Availability - Not available
Status - Internetwork Expert refuses to give a status and/or completion date
Resolution - get a refund

 CCIE Voice Class on Demand:
Availability - Not available
Status - Internetwork Expert refuses to give a status and/or completion date
Resolution - get a refund
