Cisco 2800s and HWICs

Hello Experts,

I have couple of 2811s and few 2821s. I need to add 2 additional
Fast-Ethernet interfaces on each of these routers, what is the best way to
go about doing that? Which module (part#?) would allow layer3 capability?

I understand HWIC-4ESW would but isn't that a switch which doesn't really do
routing on it self but forwards it to the host?

Please help.
