R&S v4.0 Points

I don't know if this has been confirmed by anybody, but I have a student
this week that has taken the v4.0 lab exam and has told us that the sections
are no longer broken into sub-tasks with points. For instance, in v3.0 we
had for example:

BGP section 4 (10 points)

Task 4.1 (3 points)
Task 4.2 (3 points)
Task 4.3 (2 points)
Task 4.4 (2 points)

According to this individual, he was only give a general "BGP -- 10 points"
as an example. I thought that sounded pretty harsh -- You get 10 or
nothing? Can anybody confirm this?
