Whether it is 4 or 10 points it is still all or nothing for the whole section. That seems a little intense...
Maybe it is just time to revisit the masters degree and forget about all this :). Having to be perfect for a certification just does not seem that time in equals what you get out of it...

Be calm GS. The original post had a pretty big error. There are no 10 point tasks in the new lab!
It is true that what may have been several independent tasks before may be combined, but 4 points is the maximum someone should still expect per task.
