Problem in my opinion is when you need to troubleshooting a real network in which you should not configure your own aliases; you then need to get rid of your habits I guess

I type pretty fast, but anyway I use some aliases:

sri show run interface
sir show ip route
sii show ip interface brief
soi sh ip ospf interface
sone show ip ospf neighbor
sei show ip eigrp interface
sene show ip eigrp neighbor
scdp show cdp neighbor
sbgp sh ip bgp summ
srb show run | begin
srin show run | include

I know those are a many aliases to use, but when you get comfortable using them, it saves time for you.
