I used aliases at my early preparation but I did not feel that it add any
extra value so I continued without it till now.
I believe that for whom who believe in aliases to speed their speed are
wrong as you need to speed your thinking speed not your writing speed.
I got my lab in Dubai and there was little delay between writing commands
and showing it in the terminal but I was able to clear my exam first
attempt.

So much of hoopla...

My question is to all those whom have passed CCIE lab......Is it
possible to clear CCIE without using Aliases?

I would expect only CCIEs (#) to answer this to make life easy for CCIE
aspirants.

Hi all,

I believe that SecureCRT is used to connect into equipements during the
lab.

There is a keymap feature into it that should be better than aliases,
isn't it ?

Just my $0.02
