Sure, you can use XM routers, just get the NM-HDV cards with PVDMs and the
appropriate voice wic cards.

For a physical difference on the cat 3550s, look at the front of your Cat
3550. On the top right side, it will actually say "INLINE POWER" and the
GBIC slots will be lined up on top of each other if the unit has inline
power. (If the unit does NOT have inline power, the GBICs will be
horizontally next to each other)
