In terms of the CCIE Voice lab, you will be fine with an NM-HDV w/ PVDMs.
But yes, I believe there are additional commands available for new modules
such as:
"dspfarm profile" and "sccp ccm group"
You should be familar with all ways of doing things "just in case." :)
A 3662 as a PSTN sim should be fine. 3640 w/ HDVs would work as well.
