Hi Group,

Just out of curiousity, what does the below config mean:

interface FastEthernet0/17
 description *** R7 ***
 switchport access vlan 567
 switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
 switchport mode trunk
 no ip address

Does it mean that R7 connected to switch port fas0/17 is on vlan567 and at
the same time, R7 is also a dot1q trunk? Or this config is not valid at all?
and cannot be applied under any environment.
