Thanks Boyan,

I understand the function of the commands and what they do. My question was,
under what environment that we need both of them to be configured on the
same fastE port.

But after thinking about it, I think I asked quite a stupid
question...ignore me. This is just one of the many 'what-if' question that
suddenly pop-up in my mind while I am doing some scenarios.

switchport trunk commands are only active when the port is in trunk
mode.
switchport access commands are only active when the port is in access
mode.

The config is valid. This is a trunk with all active vlans allowed.
"switchport access vlan 567" can be safely removed from the
configuration.
