OT: Network Monitoring Tool

Hi all,

I need a monitoring tool that can do the following:

 Monitor the availability, response time and packet drop to all nodes.
 Differentiate link up or down to the node with either GREEN or RED
respectively.
 Monitor all network security devices ie IDS, IPS, ASA ,switches, routers etc
 Monitor the availability, response time and packet of each service
provider on separate view so as to manage the SLA.
 Monitor the bandwidth utilization to each node.
 Analyse traffic to each node (Net-flow analysis)
 Send alert via email and SMS
 Should generate exportable reports

I scaled my options down to two: PRTG and Orion NPM. I was wondering
if you guys could help me decide on the best option (even those not
included in my above 2 mentioned). Thanks.
