i have used both of those and it all boils down to the price you pay, both
money wise and time wise to set them up to get the output you want...
they all pretty much do the same thing out of the can, ICMP/SNMP polling the
rest is all on the customer and the expectations of what you will see out of
them, gui wise...
the only way you are going to know for sure if it is what you want is to set
it up and get it running doing what you want it to do on a few devices then
go live...

oh yeah i am playing with Spectrum right now, been a long time since i
worked with it, like 1998 along time ago when it was a Cabletron product
running on solaris xwindows app and i liked that version way better than i
do this OneClick thing i am playing with now...but i am sure it will grow on
me, seeing as that is what they bought cause it is a CA shop...
