There are lots of options out there but in different cases we've got a
pretty good response from Solarwinds and HP Openview (depending on size).
There is also a huge list of open source apps with the major problem of
"immediate support" provided you're running a mission critical network.
At the end of the day, you're usually better off getting a hold of their
AMs/SEs to come down to your facilities and present what they have to offer
AND run a PoC to see it that really works in your case.
* These sessions usually lead to nice discounts if you're a great
negotiator!
