Yeah.. thats why ManageEngine and Solarwind are capturing market quickly. I
see Solarwind almost every midsize NOC.
Most teleco are using HPoV as they're stucked with it. I have seen a few
migration though - HP to ManageEngine.
Solarwind rocks!

CiscoWorks I install to pull the configs :), well the open source rancid
does the same thing but companies have money to pay Cisco :). Not many
people are open source friendly.

I have installed about 30 nodes of HPoV and it's from experience that it
doesn't give you what others have to offer - cheaper and friendlier.
