Dear all

I have configured CRS 4.01 with ICD service. I have created all the setting
and subscribe the ICD service with the phone. However when I login the ICD
service, it shows the following error.

"Unable to log you in due to a configuration error (phone is not associated
with the RMJTAPI Provider user ID). Contact your system administrator for
help"

I have already subscribed the ICD service on the extension. I can see the
user on the CRS.

Please help what is the problem is that.
