Hi
I have already associated the phone in CCM (already click ICD icon). In CRS,
I can see the phone under Service -> RM -> Resources
Anything missing ??
Can I use the user "rm" under CRS or need some specific username.
Please advise.

Hi there,
Make sure your phone is associated with RM user in call manager.
U have to associate the phone to a user phone, RM, Jtapi.
