Confused about words in QoS

hi group ,

    Its a bit confusing about the words us in QoS.
The doubt i have is like suppose in Class-based we are
asked ...

1. Limit/Restrict the bandwidth to 64 Kb
            ( OR )
2. Allocate the bandwidth of 64 Kb
            ( OR )
3. Assign the bandwidth of 64 Kb

  
  Then as per my understaning i would use ' Police
64000 ' command for the 1st question and use '
bandwidth 64 ' for the 2 and 3 option .

Whats ur opinion ???

Also is it possible / Logical to use both bandwitdth
and police command together ??? if yes , then how is
it expected to work ???
