Yeah, that is a bit confusing. On the Cisco Lab it would be better double check with the Proctor.
As I understand it:
Limit/Restrict - Police with CBWFQ or CAR
Allocate/Assign - Bandwidth with CBWFQ (or old method as Custom Queue if specified)
Any other idea?
