Thanx brain , that was very helpful .
So , in the case when Y = Z = 64K
And if the question say ALLOCATE/ASSIGN then i should
be using ' bandwidth 64 ' and ' police 64000 ' both
together .... am i right ???
Any other situation as per u where i can u both
together ????
