I have noticed in certain sample configs on CCO that when using dialer
interfaces, ppp encapsulation is specified on both the BRI and on the dialer
interface. I have found that I don't need to have it on the BRI interface,
at least not in any of the configs that I have done. Does anyone know if it
is required to have the ppp encap specified on the BRI in certain situations
when using dialer interfaces? Thanks.
