If using a 2520 as a frame-relay switch, how would you get FECNs or BECNs
to be sent to the transmitting or recieving router? I set up a ptp PVC, and
configured FRTS at both ends. I did an FTP on a 10Meg file using the ptp
PVC to see if I could get any FECNs or BECNs at either end, but didn't see
anything. Do you have to enable anything in the form of
FRTS on the 2520, to enable FECNs or BECNs?
