show run "no auto-summary" command

I downloaded IOS 152-3.T3 version and I see that I can't configure "no
auto-summary" command under eigrp and bgp?

I can't see the "no sync" command under bgp? Can someone let me know why?

 network 10.0.0.0
!
router bgp 64501
 bgp log-neighbor-changes
 neighbor 11.255.255.1 remote-as 200
