There are a lot of changes in IOS 15 (changes to defaults, legacy features
removed, etc). The EIGRP auto-summary command changed to being enabled by
default in 15.0(1)M. The synchronization command is now under the address
family (address-family ipv4 unicast).

So you "can't" configure no auto-summary because its now the default and
the synchronization just needs to be done under address-family ipv4
unicast.
