Dynamips Issue

Hi Experts,
                 I'm facing some problem with my dynamips.(Slowness
problem).During Using dynamips my CPU Usage always remain 100% and make my
work very slow.I have CPU with this Specifcations.
Ram = 6 GB
Procssor = 2.6 Quote to Core.
Window = XP

and on this PC I don't have any software install no Anti Virus.
I'm using IEW dynamips topolgy which already configured with idle pc value
So my Q is still I need to put any thing to reduse my CPU utlization.
And one Q more that when where there is loop in my topology it will make my
dyamips slow also ?
