3550 upgrade

Hi All,

Just bought some 3550s and II'm having an issue upgrading them
to c3550-ipservicesk9-mz.122-50.SE1

I would think this would be pretty simple but I'm not sure if I'm missing
the .bin on the end or if the directory is getting in the way.

Details below.
