Re: 3550 upgrade

Does your file have an extension (.bin, or .tar) or not? Where'd you
download this package from?

Show us a directory listing of:
C:\Documents and Settings\dabs\My Documents\PROJECTS 6-4-07\Technical
Info\IOS Version
("dir" output, from a command prompt)

I'd say the file has an extension, but Windows explorer is hiding it from you.
