AFAIK,
Eigrp router does not use hold time which is configured locally but
determined it set by its neighbor .
I labbed it up and checked . " Show ip eigrp neighbor interface" on each
router to check hold times .
it means routers does not use its locally set up hold time, but the hold
time decided by its neighbor .
Try Show ip eigrp neighbor interface command for neighbours .
