i see that you have only one virtual template defined
but listed twice. and this one is being used by both
frame interfaces.

is that a typo or should the second virtual template
be virtual-template2 and used by the second frame
interface..

this way, you would have two virtual templates in the
mlppp config instead of just one.

also, verify that the flapping messages are bogus by
checking the serial interfaces when you receive the
down messages regarding your mlppp.
