Yeah,

I have it running, I'm using linux but Windows should be the same as its
running a UNIX type api thingy (cygwin).

Have a look at dynagen works pretty well.

Here's is the command line I use to start mine (I have 6 sessions
running). Only problem I have is they are really slow as the processor
gets chewed up with just one instance (the developer said he was
wondering how to get around this problem).

"../../dynamips -r 128 -o 4 -n 256 -k 1 -t npe-400 -M std -X -T
2001 ../../images/C7200-JK.BIN -p 0:C7200-IO-FE -s
0:0:udp:10005:127.0.0.1:10004"
