a question about RIPv2

Hi groups,

I use RIPv2, and my question is :
What is the different between "ip rip v2-broadcast" and "ip rip send version
1" ?
I think both of them will send RIP packets to the address 255.255.255.255.
Why do they need the "ip rip v2-broadcast" command ?
