No-export, the routes will not be advertised to any eBGP peer (iBGP peer OK
:-)
Local-as, the routes will not be advertised to peers outside the local
autonomous system.
What is the local autonomous system, think about BGP Confederation :-)
It's an subAS that is stay inside a confederation.
