Hi Group,
Happy Holidays.
Just have a qick question on the ATM PVC with loopback
interface problem.
When Simple config as such will not work as long as
the router Loopback address is up,
r9-7200#sh run int a2/0
interface ATM2/0
ip address 136.10.69.9 255.255.255.248
no atm ilmi-keepalive
pvc 1/100
protocol ip 136.10.69.6 broadcast
Here is the output of the debug on icmp while pinging
from the neighbor. The echo-reply is returned to the
loopback address of the neighbor, any suggestion on
getting the ping to work w/o shutdown the loopback ?
*Dec 26 20:33:50: ICMP: echo reply sent, src
136.10.69.9, dst 136.10.6.6
*Dec 26 20:33:52: ICMP: echo reply sent, src
136.10.69.9, dst 136.10.6.6
