I'm looking at Caslow 1st edi page 735 Custom Queuing Scenario. I see how
50% bandwidth is allocated to DLSw+ but I do not follow how the example
queue will allocate 25% bandwidth to IPX/NCP. Can someone pls shed some
light on this. Will this example apply to any serial link (e.g. Frame) with
any bandwidth circuit?
