Put ppp authentication under bri0. It's required on bri0 and the
dialer. Did you do a debug ppp authentication and see that
both sides authenticated?
Also I don't see the isdn switch-type in your config. Or SPIDs if you
are using them. Does sh isdn status show layer 1 active, layer 2
multiple frames established, etc.?
Do a shut/no shut on bri0 to clear.
