OT: Direct telnet access to Router IOU VM

Hi Guys,

Trying to deploy a networking scenario with several Cisco Routers &
Switches, using IOU virtual Machine... I would like to share it with
another PCs, and I have hear that can do this associating a TCP port to
each Router of Switch of IOU VM...

Please, do you know how to configure IOU for this? Any url or reference
guide will be well suited
