So, I assume its Vmware workstation, etc. make sure the IOU VM has the
networkign set to "bridged" so it should have same IP address as the rest
of the LAN.
Once you do that, start your devices and you can connect to the lab using:
ip address:portNumber so R1 would be 192.168.1.10:2001
