RIPNg over frame-relay multipoint interfaces! (Narbik WB)

I was going through my Narbik set of WB's, and have realised that

R1 -------------------------------------------------------- R2
    s2/0 s2/0

R1,
!
interface Serial1/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation frame-relay
 ipv6 address FE80::1 link-local
 ipv6 address 2000:1:1:12::1/64
 ipv6 rip cisco12 enable
 no fair-queue
 serial restart-delay 0
 frame-relay map ipv6 FE80::2 102
 frame-relay map ipv6 2000:1:1:12::2 102 broadcast
end
!

For R1 R2 RIPNg peering to work, in which frame-map should I configure the
broadcast keyword... link-local or global. I have tried it on both turn by
turn, it seems to work fine either ways eh!?
