 The frame-relay map command with broadcast statement is used to enabled
 pseudo broadcast per protocol per DLCI.
 So if you have two map statements for the same protocol (IPv6) you only
 need to enable broadcast on one of them
 since the command enables pseudo broadcast per DLCI per protocol. I
 usually put mine on the link-local address
 because that is the address used for sourcing routing updates but
 technically it does not matter at all.

 What would happen if you enabled it on both link-local and global is
 that broadcast would get replicated twice.
 If you did it three times it would generate three packets and so on.
