What does 'show ip eigrp topology x.x.x.x/x' actually show?

Okay, pretty stumped here.

I thought that 'show ip eigrp topo x.x.x.x/x' showed successors and
feasible successors only. But the second entry above shows an AD of
640512, which is larger than the FD of 128256. Is this considered a
Feasible Successor or not? If not, what's it doing in this command
output?
